TOWNSHIP OF CLARK
NEW POLICE HEADQUARTERS & MUNICIPAL COURT

Settembrino Architects designed the New Police Headquarters for the Township of Clark. The structure was constructed behind the existing Police Headquarters and kept the existing Police facility functioning while the new Headquarters was constructed. On its completion, the existing building was demolished and the area was developed as a parking lot to serve the new building. This arrangement effectively determined the location and footprint of the new building – i.e. at the rear (south) end of the existing building with its public face towards the north overlooking Westfield Avenue, and its more functional aspects (Sally Port/Police Parking) occurring at the south end of the building.
